Terms & conditions

1. Who you're buying from — These terms apply to every order placed with Vable VOF (Kleikoeleweg 108, 6373 CD Landgraaf, KvK 42100516). By ordering you accept them; your statutory consumer rights remain intact.
2. Prices & payment — All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs depend on destination and are shown at checkout; free on orders over €100 within the Netherlands & Europe. Pay with the methods shown at checkout. Orders are confirmed by email.
3. Delivery — Packed within 1–2 business days. Netherlands: 1–2 business days after dispatch; other countries: 2–14 business days depending on destination, tracked. A delay over 30 days entitles you to cancel for a full refund.

4. Right of withdrawal — Cancel within 30 days of receipt, no reason needed — see our refund policy.
5. Warranty — EU conformity rules apply: items must be as described and defect-free. Issues with the embroidery or denim? We repair, replace or refund.
6. Complaints — Email contact@vable.store with your order number; we aim to resolve within 14 days.
7. Applicable law — Dutch law applies; mandatory consumer protections of your own EU country also continue to apply.
