How it works

Start your return
Log in to your account, open your order and request the return — fully self-serve, no email needed.

Pack it up
Make sure your piece is unworn, unwashed and in original condition, with all tags still attached.

Ship it back
Send it to our return address (you’ll receive it once your request is approved). Return shipping is on you — pick a tracked option and keep the code.

Get refunded
Once we’ve received and checked it, we refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Good to know
Can I exchange for another size?
We don’t do direct swaps — our drops are small and sizes sell out fast. Return for a refund and simply place a new order.
Wrong or faulty item?
That’s on us. Email returns@vable.store and we’ll cover the return and sort a full refund or replacement.
EU right of withdrawal
Within the EU you always have a statutory 14-day right to cancel — our 30-day window simply gives you more time.
