Returns & refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to return your order.

How it works
1. Start your return from your account: log in, open your order and request it — no email needed. Wrong or faulty item? Email returns@vable.store and we cover it.
2. The item must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition, with all tags and the leather patch attached.
3. Ship it back within 14 days of your request (return shipping at your own cost; use a tracked service). You'll get the return address by email once approved.
4. After we receive and check it, we refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Right of withdrawal: within the EU you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel; our 30-day window gives you more time.
Exchanges: we don't do direct swaps — return for a refund and place a new order.
